The first step will be to choose the state that you have residency in. You can choose the state where you presently reside or your home state if your are military. You will want to read the information we have provided for stepparent adoptions in your state. Once you are ready to begin, you will simply click the “Click Here” button located at the upper right corner of the web page. This will take you to the login page of the questionnaire – then start you adoption.

Fill out the questionnaire to the best of your ability. You may not know much of the information on the absent parent, so just put in as much information as you have. When completed, submit your order, and a professional in our adoption production department will prepare your adoption documents. We will contact you if we have questions or if any information is missing. Once the documents are prepared your documents will go through a final review process and will be emailed out to you.

The documents will be sent to you ready to sign and file with the court. You will need to review the documents and email us any desired revisions. When ready, you will sign your documents and file them with the court to start your adoption case.
